SHOPPING WITH ALLSTALLS.

You Don't need to Register at Allstalls before you start shopping on the Marketplace, only when you have browsed and found an item you want to purchase will you be asked to complete any registration.

Once you have clicked the " buy this item" button at your chosen Stall Holder, you will be taken to the allstalls registration page to complete your details, Your Stall Holder will then be able to process your purchase's and payment's invoice to your correct billing address.

Your registration is only required once, so when you return to shop again you wont need to repeat your details, and your shoppers registration is free of charge.

You can at any time upgrade from your shoppers account and become a Stall Holder yourself.

Allstalls wants to ensure you have an enjoyable, fun and confident shopping experience at the Marketplace, so please be assured all your personal and payment information is fully protected by our Go Daddy Website Secure Certificate and Pay Pal Secure Payments,

Allstalls also does not allow any third party access to any of our Stall Holders or Shoppers information, or sell any information or data to third parties.

ORDERS, DELIVERY and RETURNS INFORMATION....

Once you have shopped and completed your purchase you will receive an invoice by email detailing your items and conformation of your payments from your Stall Holder who will then dispatch your items directly to you.

All payments made by you to Stall Holders are then deposited in to a 7 day holding account administered by allstalls.

Return your items to your Stall Holder within 7 days of receipt and allstalls will apply a full refund including your initial postage costs to you via the 7 day holding account.

Should you return your items after 7 days of receiving them, you will need to refer to your Stall Holders own policy's on returns and refunds, as allstalls will have forwarded all monies on to Stall Holders from the holding account after 7 days.

You are strongly advised to use a parcel tracking service to return any items to Stall Holders, this ensures proof of items returned, and will speed up refunds.

If you choose to have your item delivered by courier service, please make sure you understand all your Stall Holders courier charges together with their policy's and conditions should you choose to return the items.

Any returns postage costs are met by you and not Stall Holders, and is not refundable to you.

Should you choose to complete a purchase and not complete payment via allstalls, you must contact your Stall Holder directly to arrange any alternative method of Payment

Please note you will not be covered by Allstalls own Refund Policy,any refund must be sought from your Stall Holder.

Please note Allstalls only has access to the holding account fund for sales payments and refunds. Stall Holders will not have access to this account.

JUST A FEW PRECAUTIONS.

Always if possible pay by credit card as more of your consumer rights are covered with these cards beyond our 7 days on all your on-line transactions.

We don't advise you use your Debit Cards as monies come directly out of your Bank Account.

Don't give anyone the opportunity to gain access to your Bank Account details, always be fraud aware..

PURCHASING LARGER ITEMS

We all love to hunt for a great bargain, and allstalls certainly doesn't wish to spoil any of your enjoyment or fun shopping on-line, but should you have any quires about an item listed for sale, you can always contact your Stall Holder directly through their Stalls by email, all Stall Holders will always trade genuinely and honestly, and any Stall Holder using a Mobile phone and E-mail contact details, will be more than happy to furnish you with their full details and location

For large or high value transactions, it is always best to try and complete your purchase and collect your item in person, this will enable you make sure any high priced goods you are considering purchasing are as advertised.

When choosing to buy any second-hand Vehicle, Caravan/Motor Home it always pays to get an HPI check on the item for sale first, it could save you a lot of time and money, as this check will tell you if any Vehicle has been reported Stolen, an insurance write off or has had the number of miles altered.

Should you choose to purchase items in person, always make sure you get all the Stall Holders details,and a receipt as proof of your purchase.

Always where possible use a secure method of payment for large items, using either a Credit Card, Cheque or Bankers Draft any genuine Seller will not object to this.

Allstalls Ltd regrets we are unable to cover the refund of any Sales or Purchases that cause loss of monies should you have chosen to conduct a sale in person, in such cases you will need to contact your Stall Holder for advice or refund.

You are always advised to practice safety, NEVER go to complete a sale on your own, always make sure you take a friend with you, and also make sure someone knows where you are going.

AllStalls Limited will always do our utmost to monitor as many items listed for sale as possible. However we do advised you to be alert to any branded or new items that are offered for sale at a vey low price , when you know usually such items would be sold for a much higher value on the high street or are hard to find due to item's popularity as this could be a sign of an item being counterfeit.

Should you find any Stall Holder offering a service or selling on Allstalls that have not given full details, or wants to complete a sale in person at a location that is not their Home or Business Address, be aware that someone maybe trying to hide their identity from you in order to operate a scam, please exercise caution, and inform Allstalls immediately .

THE ALLSTALLS MAKET PLACE AIMS AND POLICY'S.

Along with Allstalls Ltd, all Business Traders, Sole Traders,and Private Sellers must comply and operate fully within UK consumer and Distance Selling Laws whilst using The Allstalls Market Place.

Allstalls Ltd's main aim is to promote a safe and happy environment for all our shoppers, but, as we all know scams and frauds sadly do happen, with this in mind Allstalls Ltd's policy will be to give added protection to our shoppers.

Should you have any reason to suspect you may have been the Victim of a Fraud, Online Scam, or you have been miss sold items, goods or services that turn out to be Counterfeit whilst using The Allstalls Market Place web site, please contact and inform Allstalls immediately via your dedicated Support Centre, Allstalls will inform Trading Standards and The Police for investigation on your behalf.

On completion of any investigation carried out by Trading Standard or The Police, and its found you have lost monies, as a result of a confirmed fraud or scam, Allstalls Ltd will refund to you all monies lost in full.

Allststalls Limited will only be able to apply this policy for Items, Goods, Sales and Services that have been Purchased, Conducted and Completed when you are using The Allstalls Market Place web site.
